During this session we will explore the ability to create custom connectors and use them within Microsoft Flow. With the existing connectors, you can already connect to over 200 systems from Microsoft and beyond, now we’re going to unlock the door to an exponential number of systems, and who knows, even the universe!
Matt Weston is a Microsoft Certified Trainer, and the Principal Consultant for Office 365 and SharePoint at Ricoh UK (yes we do more than printers!). Matt is one of the Regional Coordinators for the O365 & SharePoint User Group (West Midlands), Blogger, Presenter and Microsoft Evangelist. Passionate about all aspects of O365, he loves sharing his knowledge and helping others to find the same enjoyment in the Microsoft ecosystem. Matt is from Stourbridge in the Black Country, and is definitely not a Brummy!
This session will explain the Common Data Model and how it is implemented as a database for use with canvas and model driven PowerApps. Julian will then explain how to extend the database (entities, fields and relationships) and create both canvas and model driven apps from the Common Data Services (CDS) database.
